In the wake of recent elections, Duff will provide a timely assessment of the opportunities and challenges facing efforts to strengthen democracy in Canada. From the growing influence of major donors and corporate lobbying to the need for greater transparency and accountability, Duff will explore the current landscape and outline strategies for advancing democratic reforms. He’ll also discuss how citizens, advocacy groups, and progressive politicians—at all levels of government, including here in Ottawa—can work together to push for the changes needed to build a more fair and accountable political system.
