On Thursday, April 28 from 5-7 p.m., this workshop will explore ways to strengthen our self-care practices using a holistic and accessible framework. Radical care explores the power of personal agency, self-advocacy and guides us towards collective care and liberation.
This workshop will empower folks to redefine wellness and step out of westernized and commercialized approaches that may be inaccessible for us. It will provide resources on how to strengthen our emotional and mental well-being, closing with a creative writing prompt that will allow us to foster our creativity as a wellness practice. Feelings are welcomed, come as you are!
